ELIGIBILITY: Contest offered only in the United States to legal residents of the U.S., 18 years of age or older. Employees of The Legacy Hotel & Meeting Centre, Phillips Seafood, Cohen Companies, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, joint venture companies, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate families and persons living in the households of each are not eligible to enter. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Individuals under the age of majority in their state of residence (21 if a MS resident, 19 if an AL, NE, or PA resident, 18 in all other states) must have the permission of their parent or legal guardian to enter.

JUDGING: On or about May 22, 2008 judges will select 5 Winners from all eligible entries. Essays will be judged on creativity (50%) and relevance to the theme (50%). In the event of a tie, Winners will be determined based on an overall impression.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified by e-mail on or about on or about May 23, 2008. If an individual cannot be contacted within one (1) week, is ineligible, or fails to timely return a completed and fully executed Affidavit and Release as required, their prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be determined, based on the judging criteria outlined above. Limit one (1) prize per household.

The hotel stay is based on availability and subject to blackout dates. Both the Dinner for Two and the Spa Treatments must be redeemed during hotel stay. Dinner for Two includes up to 2 (Two) TOTAL choice of Appetizers, Soups, or Salads; 2 (Two) Entrees, Two (2) Desserts, and 1 (One) Bottle of BRUT, PIPER-HEIDSIECK Champagne [or equivalent]. All items must be standard, printed menu items; no substitutions can be made. Winner must be of legal drinking age to receive Champagne.
